Advocacy for Children and Families
One of the most important roles of California State PTA is to create and support laws that improve the lives of all California children.
Las Palmas PTA Advocacy
Empowering families to ensure high-quality education, health, safety, and equity for all children, regardless of background.
WE stand proud as the largest child advocacy organization, we work nonpartisanly to influence local, state, and federal policies, focusing on school funding, student well-being, and family engagement.
What We Advocate For
The Las Palmas PTA is committed to ensuring that every student receives a high-quality, equitable, and well-rounded education in a supportive and inclusive school environment. Our advocacy work reflects the lived experience of our families, teachers, and children — and aligns with the priorities of the Las Palmas School Site Council, the California State PTA, and National PTA.
We believe in showing up, speaking out, and partnering with district and state leaders to ensure our school is resourced to thrive.
